It is a great privilege to find your “WHY” in your work. This has happened to Andres early in his consulting career when he joined the Master's Program: “Leadership in Digital Communication” at the University of St. Gallen and the University of Arts in Berlin.
There, he pushed his visual facilitation skills and also transferred the processes to the virtual environment where he discovered the great possibilities within virtual events and workshops. This journey has led to a successful Master's Thesis in the discipline of collaborative sensemaking and to a lot of new business in remotely facilitated events.
The story has only just begun. The great opportunities for visual facilitation in the online world will grow extensively.
